Petite Pearl is a red wine with hints of clove and wild mushroom. The fullness and tannin structure creates an excellent finish. Petite Pearl is also a great addition to other wines for blending.
La crescent produces a white wine with an apricot-like flavor. The wines can vary from off-dry to sweet, white wines. It also is great for blending with other varieties.
Verona is a red wine with strong aromas of raspberry that age to blackberry. The wine is full of flavors including dark chocolate and raspberry, with an excellent finish.
Brianna can be used as a table grape and produces a nice white dessert wine. Wines are semi-sweet with a pineapple aroma.
Marquette's high sugar and moderate acidity make it very manageable in the winery. Finished wines are complex, with attractive ruby color, pronounced tannins, and desirable notes of cherry, berry, black pepper, and spice on both nose and palate.
